Fluent Buddy is a mobile application designed to help users learn a new language by talking to an AI chatbot. The App provides access to language learning materials and features an AI-powered chatbot that interacts with users to practice speaking and writing in a new language.
To use the App, you must create an account by providing your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
We do not transfer any user data except the name that you choose for yourself to any third party. However, your chat messages will be sent to OpenAI, Google, and Amazon AWS for processing.
You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, post, or transmit through the App, including chat messages. You agree not to use the App to upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by RISENESS or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.
